Management and Staff
Dean founded DNW Group in 2013 after recognising an opening in the Property and Care sectors for highly professional, progressive businesses in growing markets and has recently acquired Para Mobility into the portfolio.
Dean has a wealth of experience in co-founding and growing Prime Build, a highly successful construction business. Prime Build achieved impressive positions in the BRW Fast 100 for 3 years running and has won multiple key supplier of the year awards across their customer base. He also founded Clearstate which has recently been nominated for an Innovation Award from the Property Council of Australia, for Australia’s first Investor Crowd Funding of a residential land subdivision development in Sydney.
Dean lives and breathes a “nothing is a hassle” mantra, and is widely recognised as an inspirational leader. Dean has been nominated as the 2015 Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year.
Founded in 1983, Para Mobility joined the DNW Group stable in 2016 and will leverage the experience and passion of DNW Group to innovate and create rewarding customer experiences and delivery innovative Assistive Technology solutions to the Health, Aged Care and Disability sectors.
Peter brings extensive domestic and international experience in senior finance and general management positions exhibiting leadership in strategic direction, operations and value maximisation. His career spans a range of industries and disciplines, including sales, manufacturing, primary production, development, software development, financial services and project management environments.
Since his position as Finance Director at Rosemount Estates Pty Limited and then CFO at Southcorp Limited, Peter has held a number of senior roles including CFO, COO, Management Consultant, Director and Chairman of existing & start-ups and General Business Advisory.
Past memberships include Member of Australian Society of Accountants, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators, Senior Associate FINSIA and holds a Diploma in Corporate Management AGSM – Uni NSW.
Experienced leader in Health and Disability, with strong experience in developing exceptional customer experiences, marketing high quality products and services and building strong, empowered teams to meet and exceed customer needs.
With 5 years as a General Manager and State Manager in the Health, Aged Care and Disability in Home Care businesses, this experience brought a passion and desire to elevate the awareness and understanding of the Assistive Technology Sector in Australia.
Previous experience includes 15 years as a Strategic Marketer & various Consulting roles at AMP, Westpac Group including BT Private Wealth & St George, Optus and NRMA Insurance.
After a 35-year career in the medical device market, predominantly at Invacare until 2016, Craig joined Para Mobility in 2016 and implemented a continuous improvement framework to revolutionise the manufacturing processes, safety and product improvements.
Craig has deep knowledge and passion for the AT Sector and extensive experience at all levels from starting out in the 1980’s repairing, building and customising wheelchairs, through to Product Development, Sales & marketing, supply Chain and systems roles at Invacare through
Not only is Craig a professional in his sector, his deep knowledge is borne from understanding real life context from experiences with friends, colleagues and customers in wheelchairs or with disabilities. Craig’s understanding of the challenges they face inspires his solution focused mindset, to offer new ways to find independence or mobility.
Managing the financial requirements and Project Management responsibilities within small to large scale civil engineering firms and landscaping businesses, Kim has always had a passion for attention to detail and driving solid financial foundations for a business.
With a passion for continuous improvement, Kim has brought this knowledge to the manufacturing of high-quality products that support the lives of people who are diversely abled.
With a diverse career as in the Entertainment, Health and Property sectors, Hayley brings a strong passion for Customer Service, high quality products and exceeding the needs of customers.
Training as a professional Ballet dancer and a Real estate agent, Hayley now has turned her interest to making an impact on the lives of others in the Health, Rehabilitation and Disability sector.
Highly skilled with a personal passion for products that improve the daily life of others. An excellent attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and meet the needs and time requirements of every customer.
