Para Mobility use a number of different freight carriers to ensure you get the best service and price for your delivery. Freight is calculated based on destination, package dimensions and weight, so there is no one size fits all.

Our products are designed and manufactured in Australia with pride and we look forward to having them support your needs.

We want to ensure that all your products are shipped with the highest levels of care and consideration and ensure your products are received in good, clean working order.

Transit Time

Typically our products take 1-5 working days from despatch to reach our customers, depending on their location across Australia. International freight times will be individually quoted at time of enquiry.

Freight Charges

Parts and accessories purchased from our online store have a $25 flat rate shipping fee.

Heavy or bulky items have a $120 flat rate shipping fee.

Para Mobility is proud of its products and is committed to providing our customers and end users with the best designed and manufactured products. Subject to the limitations and conditions listed below, Para Mobility warrants all new products are free from defect in workmanship and materials under normal use and service at time of purchase.

If a Para Mobility product is defective due to workmanship or materials and the defect occurs during the warranty period, then Para Mobility will either repair or replace the product at Para Mobility’s discretion. The repair will be for parts only.

Para Mobility goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not mount to a major failure.

If a product is returned to Para Mobility under warranty, Para Mobility will return the repaired product to the customer at no cost.

Please check your Warranty Certificate for the warranty period, or contact a Para Mobility representative. This does not include any items that have been deemed to have voided the warranty.
