As a proud Australian manufacturer, our supply chain is not reliant on overseas supplies, so we are not seeing any disruptions at this stage to our manufacturing.
Para Mobility is open, and our team is business as usual, with social distancing and other Health & Safety protocols in place.

At this stage we do not expect any major delays to existing or new customer orders.

We can provide assistance over the phone or video. If you need help, please send us an email with a photo or short video of the problem. We will address it immediately.
Equipment Demonstrations & Trials
Demonstration equipment for some products are still available for customers to trial at home.
Spare Parts
Most products Parts are currently available and can be shipped within days.

External meetings are being held by phone or online.
Visitors required to follow Health & Safety protocols & social distancing.
Freight carriers are still able to deliver and pick up goods from our address.
