Choice of the Commonwealth Games Athletes Village

For over 35 years Para Mobility products have made a significant contribution to facilitate inclusiveness in public spaces, commercial and residential developments in keeping with Access to Premises requirements in the Disability Discrimination Act and has recently completed 4 Kingfisher pool hoists for the Commonwealth Games Athletes Village.

Para Mobility’s market leading products have been chosen by clients to ensure facilities are accessible and inclusive and can enjoyed by all with a disability. Our equipment is utilised by customers such as Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, Sea World, Wet n Wild Sydney and Ramsey Health Hospitals just to name a few.

Successful commercial Pool builder Josh Torrance of Torrance Aquatics http://www.torranceaquatic.com.au/ is responsible for building the 4 pools at Parklands Project, which is the 2018 Commonwealth Games Athletes Village and for him, choosing another Australian Made product was key in his choice of the high-quality pool and spa hoists and the fact they were portable and could be packed away when not in use in future.

Josh notes “Choosing Australian Made products for my projects and being an Australian owned company is important, as I know that my customers can be sure that they are getting a product that meets Australia’s high level of excellence, with the surety of a company that’s local”.
